There are many ways to get involved with Saint Agnes of Bohemia. Alumni volunteer opportunities include:

- Helping plan and hosting Reunion events
- Collaborating with teachers
- Mentoring current, high school, and college-aged students
- Participating in Saint Agnes Special Events
- Assisting with development appeals
