Application Process

If you register by June 30th, the St. Agnes registration fee will be $150 instead of $200 (The June 15th date on the St. Agnes registration form has been changed to June 30th).

Registration is a three step process, which consists of filling out a registration form, a Tuition Commitment Agreement form, and a Facts Management form. Other paperwork included in the registration packet will need to be filled out to enroll you child/children at St. Agnes of Bohemia.
